Booking Policy

Deposit
You may pay the whole amount online when booking.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your reservation. This is most easily done during your online booking process or over the phone with your credit card; however, deposit payments may also be sent by direct deposit. Your booking will be confirmed in writing after funds have cleared our bank account.

Discounts
For 12-night guests, a 10% discount is available for returning guests. For persons on a full Centrelink payment (e.g., Full Pensioner, Disability, etc) a 15% discount is given..  A Centrelink card must be produced on arrival to receive the discount.

If a return guest is also on a full Centrelink payment then a maximum discount of 15% applies.

For the 5-Night package a single discount of 5% is available to return guests or pensioners.

Balance
The full remaining balance is payable on or before arrival. We accept cash, direct deposit, EFTPOS, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa only).

Cancellation and Refunds
Special Conditions applicable for cancellations and transfers during  COVID-19 on a case by case assessment.

There are no refunds or credit given for early departures.

Reservations postponed 2 weeks before the scheduled program are fully transferable and must be used within 6 months.  If postponed less than 2 weeks before the the scheduled program, there is $150 fee to transfer to another date. If you do not redeem your transfer within 6 months, your deposit will be forfeited.

Transport Transfers
Return transport transfers are available from Manjimup town for $50.

What To Bring

  • Comfortable casual clothing

  • Bathers and a dressing gown for treatments

  • Personal toiletries

  • Any suppliments/medications you may be on (*Diabetics - please bring your glucometer if you regularly use one)

  • Slippers and/or thongs

  • Good walking shoes plus a clean pair of shoes for inside

  • Personal items for spare-time activities (e.g., reading material, camera, binoculars, etc.)

  • Medical records and laboratory test results, if applicable

  • Raincoat/umbrella during rainy season for walks.

What NOT To Bring

  • Tobacco or alcohol products as these items are prohibited on the property

  • Meat, dairy or caffeine products.

  • Illicit drugs or substances that can be used to alter your consciousness

  • Junk food

  • Candles, incense or anything that produces smoke or naked flame

Limited WiFi Internet
Free wifi is available at certain time of the day (1 hour a day), limited to 400MB per guest per day. Most guests find this more than enough for emails, news headlines and web research, while it protects our limited satellite data plan.

Please do not use our internet data for video/audio streaming services (e.g. YouTube).

 

Mobile Phone Reception
Most guests really appreciate that there is no reception at the health retreat building. However, you cna use your wifi calling feature if available on your phone or you can use our landline if you need to call your family after business hours.

Guest Phone
Calls may be received on our private guest phone anytime. The phone number is provided to guests upon booking and may then be given to friends, family or work as desired. Calls can also be made from this phone if necessary.
