Cancellation Policy
Special Conditions applicable for cancellations and transfers during COVID-19 on a case by case assessment. There are no partial refunds or credits given for early departures and no refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start of the booked program. Reservations postponed 2 weeks before the scheduled program are fully transferable and must be used within 6 months and there will be $150 penalty for marketing charges.
